At Panara Fashion, your satisfaction is important to us. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure premium quality. However, if you receive an item that doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to assist you with returns or replacements under the guidelines below.
Return & Replacement Requests
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us process your request smoothly, we require a clear unboxing or product video showing the original packaging, product condition, and attached tags. This helps our team verify the issue quickly and ensures a fair process for all customers.
Requests made after 7 days or without the required video may not be eligible for approval.
Product Condition
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. For hygiene and quality reasons, we are unable to accept products that show signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume, tearing, or damage.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and complete a quality check, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
Replacement Process
If your return is approved for replacement, the new item will be dispatched after inspection of the returned product.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or altered products, sale items, used products, and items submitted without a return video are not eligible for return or refund.
